Palatine Park District
The Palatine Park District offers virtual classes to all of its members. Workout instructors post schedules for a variety of fitness classes that require little to no equipment. You can also join their Facebook group for encouragement and recipes for living a healthy lifestyle.
Harper College Campus Recreation
Harper College offers a virtual workout schedule for a variety of classes from Monday to Sunday. Some of these free classes include full-body and HIIT workouts, Pilates, Zumba, and meditation. The qualified instructors are available via Zoom to demonstrate moves and lead you to a great workout without leaving home.
Crunch Live Unfiltered virtual classes are available to all Crunch Fitness members, as well as over 100 Crunch Live workout videos that you can access any time. Although these options are only available to members, Crunch Fitness offers a 90-day free trial to anyone interested in trying out their gym.
